The Present Spiritual Head Of Das Dharam
The successor and present spiritual head
of Das Dharam is His Holiness Hazur Tarlochan Darshan Das. After the shocking national
and personal tragedy of the untimely death of His Holiness Satguru Hazur Mahraz Darshan
Das. On 14th May, 1988, at the tender age of ten His Holiness Hazur Tarlochan Darshan
Das was initiated as the next spiritual head of Das Dharam.
Brief Background
His Holiness Hazur Tarlochan Darshan Das was born at Batala, Punjab on the 8th of
January, 1978, and is the eldest son to parents, His Holiness Satguru Hazur Mahraz
Darshan Das and Mata Usha Darshan Das. When His Holiness was just forty days old,
His Holiness Hazur Mahraz Darshan Das prophesied.
"This Child will become a great Saint and will lead many souls to the Lord"
His Holiness
Hazur Tarlochan Darshan Das and his family relocated from Punjab to Delhi. In Delhi,
His Holiness completed his studies and took on his spiritual duties.
Spiritually
Today,
His Holiness Hazur Tarlochan Darshan Das works tirelessly preaching His Holiness
Satguru Hazur Mahraz Darshan Das's message of love, peace, unity and sacrifice to
the world. The spirit of selfless service and sacrifice is still a glow today in
Das Dharam as when it was founded. His Holiness is following in the great footsteps
of his father and spiritual master, to serve and uplift humanity, socially, culturally
and spiritually. His Holiness Hazur Tarlochan Darshan Das has initiated thousands
of devotees with Naam, the Holy Guru Mantra. His Holiness Hazur Tarlochan Darshan
Das has compiled the second part of the Holy writings of Yashwanti Niradhar Dham
2, our Holy Bible. The verses of the hymns within the Bible are spiritually uplifting
and provide in depth wisdom in regards to spiritual matters. His Holiness also performs
mass spiritual discourses and kirtan all over India in awakening spirituality in
society.
Establishment Of New Spiritual Centres : Darshan Darbars
His Holiness Hazur
Tarlochan Darshan Das has opened many new spiritual centres within India and abroad.
Das Dharam is expanding rapidly under his dynamic leadership. From these centres,
cultural and social activities are being initiated in making society a better place.
His Holiness also undertook the refurbishment of Loni Dera Sahib and Batala Dera
Sahib. Under His guidance both Dera Sahibs have become spiritual and architectural
attractions.

Das Dharam has over one
million followers situated across the four corners of the world. His Holiness travels
several times a year abroad to perform spiritual discourses, holy Kirtan also initiate
disciples in Naam. They also participate and organise the programmes being run in
the various centres within, America, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East
and Kenya.

His Holiness
Hazur Mahraz Tarlochan Darshan Das established Das Academy for Youth (D.A.Y) on the
14th of May, 1998. D.A.Y has been established to encourage the youth to develop spiritually,
emotionally, morally and socially. His Holiness has developed a training programme
through which the various activities are organised and run by D.A.Y. From these activities
a child can be developed by spiritually, emotionally, morally and socially.
Socially, Morally and Spiritually
D.A.Y children are taught self discipline, adherence to the truth. Righteous action,
patriotism, selfless service, charity, civic responsibility, personal accountability
and respect of their elders. D.A.Y children are taught the spiritual teachings of
Das Dharam . What is the purpose of life?, theory of karma, developing a conscience.
Self realisation through reciting Naam, the Holy Mantra. Listening to spiritual discourses,
performing kirtan. Devotion and dedication to sewa, Loving the Lord’s creation. Equality
amongst all, having cultural and religious tolerance, learning how diversity can
